Bernadette is the best. We have been working with her for summertime rentals on Nantucket for many years. Since we sometimes come at different times during the summer, we are frequently seeking a different house than prior years. Bernadette knows the market completely, often finds us homes "off market," does a great job representing us and advocating for us, and always make sure the house is in top shape before we come.
